Classic 31
| This is an earlier design that some
traditionalists may find appealing. It may be built with either a regular trunk cabin or
with a pilot house and full construction plans have been drawn up for both fibreglass
or wood epoxy (strip plank method) . The complete plans and full size patterns
include many sheets of large-scale drawings, plus the full-size frame patterns for the
hull, deck and cabin top beams, etc. A lovely looking classic boat from a
bygone era. This design comes with a wide choice of rigs.
The Henry Morgan 31 design has a more traditional topsides while retaining the same underwater hull shape as this vessel. The large scale SUPER STUDY PLAN PACKAGE includes sample construction drawings for wood epoxy and fibreglass plus all the different general arrangement, accommodation plans and sail plans. All this for only $41 plus postage. |

Storm Bay in Tasmania, Australia. 'Maatsuyker' won
the Parks Victoria Classic Yacht series in 2009.
